At ESS we believe that a positive change starts within ourselves, and therefore we think it is important to invest in building a strong foundation on which that change can start and flourish.

 

To support the goal, we have created a number of programmes that help to increase knowledge and self-esteem and build up on skills necessary to enter and/or compete on the job market.

 

From Back to Basics through Star into Work to Dragon Den Style we offer entrepreneurship and employability workshops, ESOL courses, work placements and mentoring services for those seeking guidance and emotional support in decision and changes they decided to undertake. 

 

We use GROW model in all our programmes and together with our students we create a plan based on the following questions:

 

Goal – What do you want?

Reality – Where are you now?

Options – What could you do?

Way forward – What will you do?
